Exceptional experience buying an $8000 used car from the Audi-VW dealership in Marin, CA. They rolled out the carpet for me as if I was buying a $70,000 SUV. The car itself was in great condition and the way they prep'd it, it looked new, they filled it with gas, cleaned it inside and out after I test drove it, it looked great then, two days later when I picked it up it was stellar. Very informative, wanted feedback after the sale and nothing to hide, I dealt with Paul J. and another Paul and Josh in the office, all good, no issues whatsoever. More

Good car dealership, reasonable salespeople I've bought 2 cars from this dealership and have had good interactions with everyone who works there. They actually held a car for a whole week while I've bought 2 cars from this dealership and have had good interactions with everyone who works there. They actually held a car for a whole week while I made up my mind whether to buy it or not, which was kind. (I did eventually). The salespeople are nice and not too pushy, the managers are competent, the parts guy is a crackup, and I have no complaints with the service team. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. More

Bought a used car and when I'm back they had sold it On the 31th of December, of course the sales team was eager to sell, and after a short negotiation i accept a price and tried to pay on my credit car On the 31th of December, of course the sales team was eager to sell, and after a short negotiation i accept a price and tried to pay on my credit card. Since they can only charge 5000 on the credit card I said I would wire internationally the balance and get the car on the 11th. For my surprise I show up on the 10th and they sold the car and as an excuse the 5000 dollars was to hold the price and not the car. I felt really mistreated by the sales floor manager being sarcastic if I wanted the 5000 back. More
