FIRST AND FOREMOST BRIDGET STENNIS IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE VW SALES CONSULTANT HANDS DOWN!!!

I live in Newport Coast, I searched all the local dealers, CAPO, Common Wealth, VW Garden Grove, McKenna VW, Puente Hills VW. VW Santa Monica had the best price and the very BEST customer service. All the negotiating was competed through email, which was awesome, as I wouldn't want to drive that far without negotiating already complete. At the last minute I was unable to find a ride up to Santa Monica and without hesitation Santa Monica VW Bridget Stennis offered to send a car to OC to pick me up. That's what I call a 1st class dealership.
Bridget Stennis was a very organized, professional, knowledgeable sales consultant.
Bridget had my vehicle ready to go as soon as I arrived, made sure I was attended to immediately from the finance dept. and had proper directions to get home, and she followed up with me to make sure I got home.
I highly recommend Bridget Stennis for any VW purchase TOTALLY worth the drive wherever you live in So Cal!!!
UPDATE I just purchased my second VW in a month today from Bridget Stennis, all I can say is VW of North America needs to implement a training program using Bridget Stennis as an example of how all their VW Dealers sales consultants should conduct business. Bridget is amazing in every aspect of your car purchase transaction!!!!!!!!!

My Review of Volkswagen Santa Monica :
Excellent Service Department at Volkswagen Santa Monica. I've been coming here the past 2-3 years since leasing my 2010 CC and consistently receive professional and courteous customer service. This morning, I stopped in because of a issue with my tail light. I was greeted promptly and then introduced to my Service Consultant, Peyman Kahen. Peyman diagnosed the issue as a burnt light bulb, replaced the bulb at no charge, and had me out the door in less than five minutes. Would absolutely recommend the Service Department at Volkswagen Santa Monica.

My Review of Volkswagen Santa Monica :
I had an emergency where both of my headlights went out at night, and I had no idea of any place that would be available to help me so late and on such short notice. Since I drive a bug and recently moved to the Westside, I gave VW Santa Monica a call and got a hold of J.D. in the service department. Most of the mechanics were leaving for the day, but I begged him to help. And he did :-)

I had been servicing my car at a family friend's private garage ever since my bug went out of warranty... big mistake. There were so many things wrong with it, including the way my headlights were put in -there were screws holding my headlights in place!!! It was quite a challenge for J.D. to switch out the bulbs, but he rolled up his sleeves and did the impossible in no time flat so I could get down to OC and visit my mom in the hospital. I cannot thank J.D. And the VW team enough for that! J.D. was not required to help me since it was just about past dealership hours, but he chose to. I admire that immensely, and am extremely grateful.

I will absolutely be back to service my car here in the future, and consider even purchasing a new one from them sooner or later! They are attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend. Thank you, J.D., you just earned your dealership a regular customer!

My wife and I just bought a 2012 Tiguan this Sunday at VW Santa Monica, and let me tell you this has been one of THE BEST experiences I've had purchasing a car. From the first moment our salesman approached us he was very knowledgeable about VW's, he was patient, friendly. If you ever come to this dealer make sure you ask for EVAN BOLTON, He WILL take care of you. I Cannot stress anymore how likely it is I will be returning in a few months to purchase a new car for myself. If you combine Evan Bolton with Claire Skinner you will have the dynamic duo. Claire did not just settle to get us in a new car, but she also worked with the banks so we could get a good deal. Thank you VW Santa Monica. Although we've only had the car for a few days I can't love it more. Evan was right. Once you drive a VW you can't go back.

Going into Volkswagen Santa Monica this past Sunday was absolutely the best experience my husband and I have ever had leasing a new car, completely due to the fact that Bridgette Richard helped us. She immediately welcomed us when we arrived, and starting serving our needs. Bridgett was extremely knowledgeable about the all our options for the Passat, and got us into a test drive right away. We were sold on all her recommendations. She was also totally successful in steadfastly getting us what we needed. We are going today to pick up our new VW Passat 2012 with everything that we could want -- Bluetooth, satellite radio, color, price, design, and style. We have leased many cars through the years; this is actually our 3rd time leasing with VW Santa Monica. As I said, never have we had such a good experience. I will be recommending Bridgette Richard and VW Santa Monica to all our friends, family, and clients. Thank you VW Santa Monica for having such an effective employee.

My Review of Volkswagen Santa Monica :
My experience with VW Santa Monica was very good. Evan Bolton was my sales person and he was very helpful. Although, my credit history was not up to par, Evan was always very courteous and respectful about my situation. He was very patient with me and always available to answer my questions. I live an hour away and thankfully I was able to do a lot of the talking and dealing of numbers over the phone.Evan, along with Claire Skinner, the finance manager made everything a breeze and I was able to finally get the car of my dreams.
