Overall, the dealership has good people. One thing that really rubbed me the wrong way is that I was in service several times with an issue. I was at this VW location a few weeks ago and wanted to take a moment to recognize the great service I received. Both of my vehicles, a Taos and a Tiguan, have always been taken care of in an extremely pro take a moment to recognize the great service I received. From scheduling the appointment to the communication throughout the process, everything was smooth and straightforward. I especially appreciated the service video and the detailed explanations of the work that was performed. It's refreshing to see that level of transparency. As someone who grew up in Germany, this was my first experience with Volkswagen service outside of Germany. I have to say, I was genuinely impressed. The entire process was handled professionally from start to finish and exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Emily for her outstanding communication and for making the whole experience seamless. She kept me informed every step of the way and did a fantastic job coordinating both my service and recall work. Great customer service is becoming harder and harder to find these days, which makes experiences like this stand out even more. Upon arriving back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle, I was told to just pick up my keys and pay. No explanation as to the work completed and I STILL had the same issues with my car after the a vehicle, I was told to just pick up my keys and pay. No explanation as to the work completed and I STILL had the same issues with my car after the appointment. It keeps stalling after I come to a complete stop then pressing the gas pedal. The car just turned off. Same issue as last summer when there was a recall for the vehicle, yet I was told it's not the same issue. Which doesn't make sense because it's the same problem. When they repaired it last summer it was fine, then started again a couple months ago with the exact same problem. Very frustrating. I've had this looked at twice since that happened and still nothing has changed. And now the driver side window does not function at all. Does not roll down and the button is loose. More
To start,Tiguan aas scheduled to have ceramic coating applied. But we requested when the package was purchased that no Scotchguard would be applied in the interior. Whrn picking up the car had a little i applied. But we requested when the package was purchased that no Scotchguard would be applied in the interior. Whrn picking up the car had a little issue.
