Fallston Volkswagen and its service department have consistently provided top-shelf service whenever I bring my car. Earlier this week, and with no scheduled appointment, I stopped in to inquire if the consistently provided top-shelf service whenever I bring my car. Earlier this week, and with no scheduled appointment, I stopped in to inquire if they could check my battery as the vehicle was becoming slow to start. Service Mgr Mike Miller immediately drafted a service ticket/order and had it examimed by a technician. It was learned a new battery was needed and installed.
