Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. At your request, we had already initiated financing through your preferred bank directly with the lender. Unfortunately, once the electronic funding process is started by the bank, the dealership is no longer able to accept a separate paper check for the same loan, terms, rate, and amount, as doing so would result in duplicate funding, which is not permissible. We understand that you spent additional time at the bank, and we’re truly sorry for that inconvenience. Our team communicated that the electronic transfer had already been initiated and explained why we could not honor a separate check once that process was underway, but we regret that this was still frustrating and time-consuming for you. We value your business and appreciate you recognizing the efforts of our sales and finance team.
