Recently bought a vehicle from Volkswagen of Olympia. Jeff in the finance department is amazing and he took care of our needs and everything we wanted in a vehicle. He even went above and beyond and had Jeff in the finance department is amazing and he took care of our needs and everything we wanted in a vehicle. He even went above and beyond and had our rims powder coated for us at no charge because we wanted black rims. I definitely will be returning to Volkswagen of Olympia for my next vehicle purchase. I purchase vehicles for my company and it can be quite the pain. I called the dealership on Tuesday after finding a Smart ForTwo electric drive on the site and had the pleasure of speaking with Lew! We were able to close the deal that night and my boss and I went in the following day to pick it up. Again, Lew and the rest of the staff exceeded my expectations, keep in mind I spent over 15 years in car biz myself. In and out in an hour. We will definitely be using Lew again! More

It was a great experience. My wife and I stopped to look at a specific vehicle. We arrived at 7p.m. on a Wednesday, test drove the vehicle and were writing a check by 8p.m..
