Everything falls from the top and I think Frank Ferrogine sets the standard - everything else follows suit. All employees I have had experience with (sales, finance folks, service department, marketing) clearly like working there, take pride in doing a great job and make customers feel valued. Very Nice People to Work With The closest Volvo dealerships to us are over an hour drive. (As well as most other car brands in this class) Because of this, I did a lot of my corre The closest Volvo dealerships to us are over an hour drive. (As well as most other car brands in this class) Because of this, I did a lot of my correspondence and negotiation by email. I tend to do most of my research myself. Bobby was helpful with all my questions and found us the car we wanted. (We were very specific and had the car with our options shipped in from another state) They were accommodating for us when we picked up our car and dropped off our trade in the process. They kept to the deal we agreed to and didn't try to pull any funny stuff. The only complaint we had was that it took quite a bit longer than I expected doing the paperwork in various offices, tag transfers, car setup and training, etc.. We might have been overly sensitive to the time because we had plans later that evening. Bobby was very helpful the two times I had to call him with questions we had about some of the features of the car after we took delivery. More
