I found it ridiculous that a leak in the roof was not covered under warranty. The car was purchased less than a year ago. The car had 35,000 miles on it when it was brought in. Furthermore, the car has o covered under warranty. The car was purchased less than a year ago. The car had 35,000 miles on it when it was brought in. Furthermore, the car has only been used to transport kids and commute. The repair cost 5% of the car’s total value. Finally, I was not informed that the dealership needed to keep the vehicle overnight, so I’m glad my wife could pick up the kids. This experience makes me question my decision to get the Volvo. More
Veronica was an excellent service advisor, she is super friendly and kept me up to date throughout my service. Due to some of the challenges with the service that were outside of her or Volvo of Bellevue’ friendly and kept me up to date throughout my service. We had a great experience at Volvo Bellevue and specifically with Don French and Jayson Garcia. They both did a great job explaining the feature of the vehicles and looked outside of their current specifically with Don French and Jayson Garcia.
