Margot Murphy understood who we were and which model would probably be our best choice. We have been Volvo owners for many, many years and still have, and love, our 1993 850 GTS. Now, we have another member of the Volvo family, the XC60T6AWD, in our garage. There is no doubt that this new member of our fleet will provide us with many years of enjoyable driving. I doubt that another dealer could beat Hudson Valley Volvo's quality of service. More

They do not stand behind their mistake. I was trying to get A fault to be diagnosed in service. They did diagnosed it and gave me the cause of the problem. When I received the car, my car had more faults than it went to service with. I was told that they were going to go bad in matter of time and they were related to my original problem(new problems were not PRESENT when my car rolled in to service center)they refuse to take responsibility. VolvoUSA was not help $200 bill paying customer against multi million dollar business, clearly they chose their side .from the beginning. More

My car died on a parkway and needed to be towed to the dealership. When I first spoke to them, they didn't have any loaners available. By the time I got there, (about 3.5 hours later) they had a loaner dealership. When I first spoke to them, they didn't have any loaners available. I drove away from your showroom in Wappingers Falls on Wednesday, 11/13, in a 2013 S60 that I have had for 3 days and I love. I was very pleased with the sales staff, Margot Murphy and Mike Dillon, Sales Wednesday, 11/13, in a 2013 S60 that I have had for 3 days and I love. I was very pleased with the sales staff, Margot Murphy and Mike Dillon, Sales Manager primarily because they were very friendly, easy-going, anticipated our questions and presented a great price for the new vehicle and trade-in for our 2002 S80. I am confident in the information they shared about the vehicle. While I did purchase an extended 7year/75K warranty, the only negative about the experience was the length of time that the sale took (30 - 45 minutes). Looking forward to a long and happy relationship with my new car - can't decide if I'm calling her Murphy or Margot! More
