If you don't have to come here because of warranty, I would most definitely go elsewhere that values your time more. Nice staff but... yeah. I originally went in to see a used XC60 that was on the lot, hopi car dealership! Volvo Cars of Austin, and John Knorre, were very easy to work with. I originally went in to see a used XC60 that was on the lot, hoping it was just what I was looking for. It didn't quite fit the bill, but at no time did I feel pressured to settle on a different car. I think at some level I always knew I was going to end up with a new one. John and his manager, as well as the finance person, gave me all the time and space I needed, even sending one home with me for the weekend. (smart!) I ended up with a beautiful car that I absolutely love. It was painless. Of course the extra warranty products were presented to me as add-ons, but once I declined, that was it. I whole-heartedly recommend this dealership. As a side note, I did have a Volvo when I moved to this area many years ago, and always had it serviced at this location, and always felt well taken care of. More
