I originally came in looking for a second vehicle for my family. As I explained the full situation to Andrew, he took the time to understand both needs, my priorities, and the financial boundaries within which I wanted to make the decision. He did not immediately begin trying to sell me a particular car. He listened first and then started exploring whether there was a responsible way to solve both problems together. When I was uncertain about purchasing one vehicle versus two, Andrew patiently explained the advantages, disadvantages.
