Was treated courteously at all points of contact, from initial call to dealership to leaving in a nicely washed car. Was seen within 24 hours of call, and service was completed while I waited. This was all the more remarkable in that it occurred duringThanksgiving holiday weekend (called Friday, received appointment for first thing Saturday morning). Always receive courteous and very knowledgeable service from Jacquie Pfeiffer. She listens to the list of car "symptoms" that are the reason for the visit, and accurately diagnoses the problem/problems. She is the reason we remain customers. Your other Service Consultant Richard has provided good service as well. More

I have owned 20 Volvo's in the past all from Red Bank Volvo in New Jersey and I expected great service from them but this is the first time I had a car services by another dealer. The service was as sup Volvo in New Jersey and I expected great service from them but this is the first time I had a car services by another dealer. The service was as superior as I have come to expect from my home dealer starting with Richard Churlin. This dealer took almost a full month to payoff my trade in. During that time period the bank withdrew a payment on my trade in from my checking account.
