Joe Pitt the new Service Manager that took care of my car battery issues was on point and gave me exceptional customer service. He replaced the battery as it’s still covered with my warranty and He also e battery issues was on point and gave me exceptional customer service. He replaced the battery as it’s still covered with my warranty and He also educated me about how to make sure my battery runs smoothly all year long. Spent time face to face with me in detailing that it’s very impt to have a Volvo installed battery in my XC 40 Momentum T5 as it connects to my other warranties. Such a big difference from the last time I visited this dealership (it’s like night and day). I was about to give up on coming to this location but they have my full respect and admiration again for the way they handled all my car battery issues. I was in and out within an hour. all other minor service was also done and the other employee staff are very welcoming the moment you drive in to their service garage. Free coffee and other drinks with a beautiful seating lounge to wait if you decide to stay…Keep it Up Volvo! More

Managing Partner, Joe Parisi, was such a great help in assisting in my next lease. I told him what my needs were and where I’d like to be payment wise and he made sure he found the right vehicle that checked all my boxes. I drove from West Palm Beach over to Naples to swap out the vehicle and David Martinez was fantastic once I got there. He had all my paperwork ready for me so the process was quick and simple. He also went through all the new features of the vehicle which I greatly appreciated since there have been some upgrades for 2024. I’m SO HAPPY in my new 2024 XC60 and can’t thank the team enough at Volvo Cars of Naples for such a great experience! More

Once he handed the process over to sales, Ashley, our sales rep was incredibly response and made purchase process a breeze. Greg in finance was fabulous wrapping up paperwork. I live in Tampa and purchased from Naples. Does this say something about these guys? You won’t regret purchasing from this team. Purchased a 2021 Honda from them the people i dealt with were nice. Overall ex was good .....until i left. The car still has a year warranty left i told volvo that if i extended it would be through Honda. B were nice. Overall ex was good .....until i left. I have now asked them 6 times to stop.ignored I told them to stop harassing me. Ignored.i sent thier emailto spam and more letters come. All i wanted was to be left alone.i bought the car .thanks. But that didn't include lifetime harassment. Why can't you stop. I'm going to contact volvo international see if they can help. Buying a car from here might be a bad idea if you value your privacy. If not than go do it More
