I have mixed feelings. I'm super grateful for the support on the order of my custom vehicle and was treated well on price. I was also treated well on trade in. The people involved were nice, but there were some very confusing messages delivered by finance regarding extra coverages (I was told there is no bumper to bumper warranty on this vehicle because it is a PHEV (I'm still confused on this one) and that my insurance most likely won't cover wheels and windshield replacement (it will)), and, rather than share a cost of the these added coverages, they were buried in the financing charges (the three recommended coverages would have added $18k over the course of the financing). I had to do the math myself. I was so put off that I waived all extra coverages. In addition, the car arrived 2 weeks ago and they knew when I was picking it up for days. In many ways it was ready, but they we're unable to properly sync the keys so we can could activate the app. We spend at least 20 minutes troubleshooting what should have been easy, routine stuff. Bottom line, good ordering and sales experience, bad delivery experience even though nice people throughout the process. More
