He advised that he had dealt with a similar issue in the past and would do more research to determine if the module in question was in fact causing the problem. We really appreciated his taking the time to explain what he was doing, as well as continuing to research the issue before replacing what may or may not be the right part. Simply the best My engine light with warning message came on during my commute. I drove straight to Volvo Cary without an appointment. Chuck and his team immediately worked to get my Volvo in the queue among those vehicles with appointments. I waited less than an hour. The issue was low fluid - it was resolved and an appointment for a comprehensive mile check up was made for later that same week. So that I didn't have to be away from the office for longer than necessary, Chuck went ahead and reserved a loaner for me. The customer service at Volvo Cary is stellar. This is my first Volvo and given my experience with the vehicle and Volvo Cary, I doubt it will be my last. More
