Tuesday morning, Jonathan called and confirmed that the warranty work was completed and that the brake issues were due to the type of pads another shop had installed. I authorized them to replace the pads and turn the rotors. He called again in the afternoon and informed me that the work was complete. I reminded him that we would be picking up on Wednesday morning and asked him to ensure that the jeep was locked since my college age daughter had quite a bit of stuff in the car. He promised that it would be taken care of. Arrived Wednesday and discovered that they did not have power due to the heavy storms that rolled across Birmingham early that morning. I also discovered that while they did lock the vehicle Tuesday afternoon, they did not roll up the rear window. (All windows were closed when we dropped off the vehicle). Consequently everything on the passenger side of the back seat was soaked. This included a dry clean only coat, her nursing kit and other items. When we arrived, there were only a couple of staff members, including a manager. He apologized, had no idea why it had happened and said that we could deal with the bill when things got back to normal. Apparently that occurred Friday when Jonathan called and wanted my credit card information to close out the bill. When I asked if he was aware of the problem we had, his response was "Oh yeah, Heard about that. So what credit card do you want to use?" No offer to take care of the dry cleaning, clean the seats or adjust the bill. He transferred me to the service manager, Cliff. Cliff said he was aware of what happened but would have to get with the tech that worked on the jeep. Its Tuesday night and no feedback. I've no doubt the repair was performed correctly but I would suggest they also work on developing a similar skillset when working with customers. I own a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara and a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I'll give the dealership in Anniston a try and see how they perform More

I went to the Consumer Reports website to download prices for a 2011 Dodge Nitro, only to find that website had no listings for the package I was looking for. Frustrated, I began a general Internet search for any information I could find and fortuitously stumbled onto your site. Reading virtually everything you wrote, I found your presentation refreshing as well as informative. I made a phone call and talked with John Compston who answered all my questions and was very helpful in explaining and assisting me with a all questions and concerns about the 2011 Dodge Nitro. I asked about the servicing and maintenance for the Dodge and he then directed me to Tom Williams in the service Deptatment that further explained the simplicity of servicing.
