When I went there for an estimate I made it clear that my pick-up, that needed fixed, is my income so while they have it I'm earning nothing. I was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 weeks so we set a date for me to drop it off. A week later I was told that they have been having problems with their paint booth, actually for about 3 months, and they are having problems being able to paint my truck but they are working on it. A week later-now 2 weeks into it and my truck is still in pieces-I went to visit them and talked with Robbie the body shop manager. While they are waiting for help to fix the paint booth I suggested that he starts thinking out of the box, i.e. take the parts that need painting to someone that can and start working on the mechanical issues that need fixing in the meantime. He refused to do either!!! THEREFORE, I did not get my truck back until many more hassles and 3 1/2 weeks from the time I took it in! Well, the story does not end there. When I picked it up I was told it would be ready 2 days prior. Then I was told it will be the next day, then the next day... They were aware it needed a front end alignment and had an appointment that day but missed it because they had other problems they could not figure out. I had to get on the phone to find someone that would get it done because Robbie refused to. When I picked it up there were several issues that I had to return it for an additional 3 days--YES, they had it for a total of 4 weeks!!!!! 1. A brace that runs the entire height of the left front fender was not installed. 2. The right side fender was not aligned properly with the door (in fact when they did align it later they chipped off the paint from the door!) 3. Power steering fluid was not properly bled and filled, I had to add 1/2 a quart the next morning! 4. The pinstripes were not put on properly (later fixed-until 2 weeks later when they started coming off!). 5. The chrome on the fender was of terrible quality and I have not received any help to make this right! 6. The paint on the hood looked terrible (later they made that better). 7. There was a rattle in the exterior mirror that they fixed-WELL...for 2 weeks-now that is back!!! And, 8., the paint does not match the rest of the truck that is only 4 years old! They were never interested in taking care of the mechanical issues, 2 of them, that I handled elsewhere. There was one bright spot when I went looking for the general manager. I was helped by the assistant GM who is also the new car sales manager-Brandon. He understood quality issues and helped to get the truck finished and even worked, personally on trying to polish the bumper for a couple of hours because he saw the problem. All in all, though, it was an unprofessional experience and the Body Shop should have never taken the job knowing their problem with the paint booth & knowing the truck was my income. BUT, the lack of quality control is astounding and I now have a 4 year old truck that is worth less than before the accident because of the poor quality of work by Wabash Valley Chrysler!!!!! More

I called to have it diagnosed and asked for the to waive the diagnostic fee since it was so new. I flat out told them I didn't expect to get anything fixed for free. THey refused to work with me. You would think that since I only purchased the car FROM THEM 3 months ago and this put a bad taste in my mouth, that they would be looking to improve the impression I had of them. So for 20 minutes of their time and at no cost to them they could have salvaged the experience. Also whatever they found wrong with it, I planned to get fixed there. My wife will be needing a new car within the year and they would have also been our first stop. So because you were too greedy to give me a 90 dollar service you lost thousands. Good call. More

Josh Hecox, the Service Manager, is a crook Let's his guys get away with not performing services that are sold and paid for. Sells fluid system flushes promising that they will fix problems, but Let's his guys get away with not performing services that are sold and paid for. Sells fluid system flushes promising that they will fix problems, but says "there was no guarantee" when it didn't make a difference. Preys on older people who do not know better to buy services that Chrysler doesn't recommend. This guy is a joke and hides behind the desk and doesn't take responsibility for his service department. Another example of a sketchy car dealership and sleazy manager. More
