No high pressure sales. My sales associate, Don Goff, is obviously very knowledgeable in his work and makes the experience easy.

Financial advisor, Mike listened and there was no presssure to add anything extra to the sales agreement.

Was looking for economical transportation to travel back and forth to Vermont. We were going to look at Hyundais and Kias. Wagners dealership was the first one we stopped at and after my husband tried to get into the sedan type car and couldn't, our salesman suggested the Soul. My husband "fell" into it with no trouble. The rest, as they say, "is history". We were given a fair price, and we negotiated some nice extras. There was no pressure and we were there about two hours total. I would recommend this dealer to friends.

My salesman, Mark Masuzzo, was friendly, up front, and honest. He brought me through the ins and outs of the vehichle, and provided a very informative test drive. There was no pressure felt at all. He also treated my family very well. He was pretty busy at the time of my visit, but I did not feel neglected one bit. He also worked hard and found some incentives, which he offered to me, unsolicited!

Ed Barbagallo was the finance manager, and he was very clear and informative when it came to my questions. He explained all the costs and fees, what was worth it, and what wasn't. Again, honesty won me over.

I had been shopping for a car for a few months, and went to numerous dealers that sold the same brand. I drove into Wagner Kia just because we happened to be passing it. The one visit was all it took. Not to mention the car is beautiful!

Our Salesman Steve Mayo was so helpful, kind and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend Steve and Kia Motors to anyone looking for a vehicle. This was my first purchase with Kia, and will probably be a life long relationship with them.

If you want great service, price, and no pressure, this is the place to go.

Members of my family and I have been loyal customers for Wagner Kia for many years and have always enjoyed great and friendly service. My father leased his latest car from MR and recommended me to see him because he was trustworthy, friendly and did not pressure him into purchasing the car. Also, he was able to work the deal into the price that was reasonable. He did the same for me, and I want to thank him for being so helpful and I hope in the future I could purchase another vehicle from him. He knew exactly what I was looking for and made it work. I would like to say i had a great experience At Wagner KIA they were very Helpful and respectful. Not pushy. They talk me through every step of the deal and explained things to me so i could understand. My sales man Steve Crozier was awesome and the service department Mike Pickering helped me with some minor issues I was having and the service was done in a timely manner. All in all I highly recommend anyone looking for a great car new or used.. Please visit KIA in Shrewsbury, they have a great selection and very helpful staff. I am very pleased.

I had a great experience with Wagner Kia. The showroom was spotless, coffee was hot, and I stopped in many times for a test drive with multiple cars before buying something. They were very accommodating and patient with me through the entire buying process. Everything was clearly explained to me in a professional manner.

I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. When I took my new car in for the first service they gave me a 2011 free loaner for the day. My car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. Great to deal with overall. Not your typical car buying experience.
