My Review Of Wagner Subaru:

I called and spoke with the service department regarding a check engine light. Another dealership reset the CEL without giving me a quote on how much it would be to fix it or what could be wrong, or the actual code numbers. I used a scanner from an auto store to read the codes and gave them to the service manager at Wagner who took time to explain to me the probable causes, the different diagnostic tests, and estimated price to fix the possible issues associated with the code. Wagner's service department is friendly, patient, and helpful!

Been dealing with Wagner Subaru for over twenty years now. Three Subarus in the family. You will not find a more honest service department anywhere. They are friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous. You can trust them with your car under any and all circumstances.

My Review Of Wagner Subaru:

Best car transaction I've ever had! Just moved to the Dayton area in Feb, and a co-worker who owns a Forrester (I have an Outback) recommended Wagner for service. Was very pleased with the professionalism & expertise of the service staff. When I decided to buy a new Subaru, the sales staff was incredible! I did my research on-line (Consumer Reports) and knew the exact car & price I wanted to pay. Mike gave me an even better deal! That's a first for me! Financing was arranged ahead of time, so we were in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes. No pressure to buy an extended warranty either. Even the test drive experience was incredible--they didn't want a copy of my driver's license or to come along with me--"come back when you're ready; drive it home, park it in the garage to make sure it fits."

Since this is my third Outback, they didn't have to sell me on the brand, but they certainly sold me on their dealership by the way they handle their customers!

My Review Of Wagner Subaru:

I recently bought an Outback from Wagner Subaru. The car is fantastic and the dealership is great.

They were so low pressure, I couldn't believe it. (Especially compared to all the other dealers I visited around the state looking for just the right car.)

In fact, I was looking for a Forester and returned from a test drive at closing time. When I parked it, Chris asked if I wanted to drive anything else, even though they were technically closed. I drove the Outback sitting nearby and fell in love with it. As I returned he continued to stay as another couple were taking a test drive.

Negotiated a great deal with Mike and never experienced any "funny" business that I've seen in the past with other dealers.

Couldn't be happier!

My Review Of Wagner Subaru:

Wagner Subaru is by far the most outstanding auto dealer and service center we have ever encountered! We are on our second new Subaru bought from Doc and Bo Wagner, and we have always been treated to the highest level of customer service you will ever find anywhere in this day and age. Wagner Subaru ownership and employees go out of their way to meet customer needs at the lowest possible cost, and the least hassle to the customer. When our first (1980) Subaru was nearing the end of its useful life and the muffler needed to be replaced, Wagner's suggested replacing it with a (functional) used muffler off of another Subaru they had on the premises -- and installed it on our vehicle (instead of a new muffler) because it would last as long as the rest of the car and cost us only a fraction of what a new muffler would have cost us! Wayne Wilson the Service Manager, and Regan McNulty the Parts Manager, and all of their mechanics and staff make every visit we make to Wagner's for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance reasons a pleasurable experience -- treating us more like family than customers! Subarus do not need repairs often, but when they do, it is good to know there is a such a reputable dealership and service center nearby where we can take our current (2004) Forester to in order to get it fixed right the first time! Wagner's is truly the best, and their exceptional staff makes them the best!
