Horrible business practice The only reason i am giving this a 1 star is because the sales portion was not a bad process. I picked up my dodge durango purchase on April 27,2026 after weeks of having it ser this a 1 star is because the sales portion was not a bad process. I picked up my dodge durango purchase on April 27,2026 after weeks of having it serviced due to them fixing a pre-existing issue. As i was heading home after finalizing the purchase, the check engine light came on. I ended up bringing the vehicle back the next day April 28, 2026 just to be told i will need to bring it back that Friday. So i brought it back Friday May 1, 2026 to have it looked at and serviced. My car has been sitting with them since and just a little over a month ago, i was actually able to get a loaner from them. We are now at July 6, 2026 and when i called their GM Adam a little over a month ago for some sort of financial reimbursement or full refund of the vehicle he was very dismissive. Poor business practices considering you had my car for over two months now, and there is no resolution near for this. I am now forced to have to file a lawsuit just to get out of this bad deal or a partial refund cause clearly you over charged me for a car with bigger issues More
