The service department is very rude and very unprofessional. My mother carried my car into the service department to Cp to have my sway bar replaced. My car was running fine no issues before goi unprofessional. My mother carried my car into the service department to Cp to have my sway bar replaced. My car was running fine no issues before going into have this work done I received my car to find that my car will not go into off mode which was never happening also the traction control light is now on which was also never on. I contacted Cp right away he asked me to bring the car in and they would check the car and service the issue. Again my mother carried into the service department to Cp at 9am and my mother waited there the entire time til 430pm for them to tell them they didn't know what was wrong with my car and why it was not cutting off or why my traction light was on and nothing could me done. I explained to Cp that what he was saying was not making sense to me because my car is a 2020 with no existing issues like that before coming into the service department. Cp became very rude and unprofessional and stated to me that it's nothing we can do and my manager said that he doesn't want your car back in his shop ever which is very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional coming from a manager. I then called in today to speak with the service manager about the situation and to find out what they was going to do to fix these problems that they caused on my vehicle in which I have many witnesses that my car did not have any of these issues before going into the service department. The service manager Wesley the name I was given was very very rude and unprofessional and repeated to me that he didn't was my car back in his shop and he's washing his hands with my car and they was not going to fix the issues that they caused. This is very disheartening to someone who came there trusting that I would be rightfully taking care of in regards to my car not expecting to be taking advantage of and very disrespected because I am a female More
