Kaleb was the perfect sales person......just the right amount of being there to answer my questions and show me around, but also the right amount of letting me have some space to look on my own. I soon came to think of him as someone truly trying to help me, not as someone trying to push a sale. We fairly quickly reached a deal that was fair to Wallace and to me and Kaleb handed me off to Charlie McCall for financing. Charlie, too, was warm, helpful, and professional. Since my purchase a few days ago, Kaleb has called to make sure that I knew he was available if I had questions about all the technological features of my wonderful new Forester! Terrible service Broke down on the interstate.. had to get the car towed to this dealership. When we dropped it off they said they would work on it first thing in the Broke down on the interstate.. had to get the car towed to this dealership. When we dropped it off they said they would work on it first thing in the morning... because we are not from the area after waiting all morning.. we had to leave our hotel room assuming it would not be to much longer. Well here we sit still waiting for a 2017 still under warranty that only through a belt at 1:30 in the afternoon!! They also told us they did not have the belt in stock!!!!!! Although we want the car fixed right.. this is inexcusable!!! We will be putting in a formal complaint!!!!!! More
