My Review of Wallingford Buick/GMC:
bought are buick with the understanding that we were to receive free oil changes for as long as we owned it, well my wife went to have vehicle serviced and was told there were now charging for this so called free service will never buy another car from this dealer again p.s even when we wanted to buy this car they didnt keep their word as to the price we paid a little more than what we were told!!

My Review of Wallingford Buick/GMC:
I went there knowing what I wanted and asked specifically to see what the numbers were for my deal. It took over 8 days for them to finally communicate back to me, and when they did no numbers were shown. These people I had to deal with were terrible to work with, consistantly made promises and did not keep one of them about following up, getting back to me, and about the deal they could make. I would not trust them after the experience I have just been through.

My Review of Wallingford Buick/GMC:
I went there to purchase a 2005 Sierra 2500 and they Saleman argued with the salesman and the Manager names "Art" was extremely rude when I made and offer of $31,000 for a truck with a stick price of $34,185. After going to another GMC dealer they located the truck I wanted and "ART" happened to be the person they were trying to swap with and he asked for a vehicle he knew they wouldn't have so I wouldn't end up with that truck.
