Great, helpful service from, I believe his name is Ken. My check tire pressure kept coming on so I stopped in to make an appointment to have my tires checked. Ken told me that if I wanted they could check them out right away. When I asked if I could get an honest opinion as to whether I needed new tires, he said that he would check them himself and let me know. Instead of trying to sell me a new set of tires, he got back to me shortly and told me that the tires were fine. As far as to why the pressure light was coming on, it turns out I had run over a nail. The service crew patched it and I was on my way in less than an hour. More

Wonderful Service I must say that I was really impressed with the overall experience that was provided during my recent visit for service on my Nissan Rouge. Jolene Be I must say that I was really impressed with the overall experience that was provided during my recent visit for service on my Nissan Rouge. Jolene Bell greeted me promptly at nine am and explained the things that would be done to the vehicle and even showed me how the alignment testing equipment worked . She also arranged a shuttle ride back to my home. When the vehicle was ready the shuttle driver who was also very friendly and polite picked me up and brought me back to pick up my car. Once again Jolene took the time to explain the paperwork and cost and asked if I had any questions. She was pleasant, polite and very knowledgeable. She certainly is an asset to this Dealership. More
Over and above the call of duty I was getting my 2015 pathfinder serviced. While i was there i figured i would look at new vehicles since my lease is up in a couple months. I was really impressed. The service drlt also changed the battery in the key fob so i would stop getting that battery low message. More

Got my rear breaks done. Car was ready when I expected. Work was done in a timely manor.. car was ready when I asked and service work was explained to me. So far so good! Had a problem with a warning flashing very quickly and a beeping sound while driving. Stopped at the service department and they took my vehicle in r Had a problem with a warning flashing very quickly and a beeping sound while driving. Stopped at the service department and they took my vehicle in right away and found that I need a new latch on the back door. There was no charge and I am scheduled to have the repair done on Tuesday also at no charge. Since this is the first time since I bought my Nissan in October 2017 that something has happened I really cannot give an honest answer yet. I will write another review after my vehicle is repaired.
