Matt, Andy and Adam have gone out of their way to solve a unknown Problem. I have had to make numerous visits to them. Dealer is unwilling to stand behind their warranty. We have a paint defect happening on our front bumper and they are saying it’s due to outside elements. Said they would fix for 2k. This dealership is hit or miss with customer service. If I didn’t purchase the extended warranty with my vehicle through Walser, I would definitely bring it elsewhere. I came in for a recall issue. Over one month ahead of time I called ahead of time to make sure that they would have the proper parts on hand after waiting for one hour, I was told Over one month ahead of time I called ahead of time to make sure that they would have the proper parts on hand after waiting for one hour, I was told that the parts were not there. I was upset by this as it was a complete waste of time, The service technician said to wait a bit and they would see if they could find the part. And then came back and said they had one and would install it. Not very impressive. More
