Took a long time to get in for my appointment, no parts available, and now it's been 2 weeks and still haven't heard back from them. This is a safety issue which should be a priority and be covered by Jeep available, and now it's been 2 weeks and still haven't heard back from them. I primarily interacted with John. He was very professional and very pleasant to work with. I don't know if he did any if the work on my car, or just interacts with the customer, but my interactions with him were great. He took the time to explain to me how the process would work. He gave me his card so I could reach him if I needed to check on the progress of the work on my car. But the problem I brought my Jeep in for (a warning light with the message that my 4-wheel drive was not working/ needed servicing) was not fixed (although I paid an amount for the fix that didn't fix the problem.) So I am left with the dilemma of what to do. I'm not crazy about having to spend more money on something that may or may not get fixed. And I'm very frustrated that a dealer wouldn't be able to fix it! I'm open to suggestions! More
Overall the communication and timing was great. But prior to bringing in my car, the engine never had a rotten egg / sulfur smell. Then once I took it home i immediately noticed it. I was actually going to call tomorrow to schedule an appointment to look at that, plus the continually issue I have with the auto on/off (I've had this fixed at least once or twice at your location and it's busted again).
