Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon taking possession of my vehicle, I noticed that my wheels were damaged from the impact tool taking off the lug nuts. Appointment at 9:30. Was told car would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. At 1 pm i called andwas told the tech. Had been busy on another car. When we were almost there, i got a call saying it would not be ready until next day and i would get a call around 11am saying when it would be ready. The next morning at 7:45 am i was told it is ready. I asked about a pick up ride to the dealership. They were kind enough ti oblige. However, they sent the driver instructions to an address about 20 blocks from my address. More

Brought my 2013 Elantra in to have an oil pump replaced as had been told by prior mechanic at a different location that is what was wrong with the engine and causing a knocking sound. The service team contacted me and said that the oil pump would not solve my issue and most likely needed a new engine. Jeremy worked with corporate to get most the cost of a new engine covered under warranty. I am thankful for the honesty and hard work to get my car's problem fixed. More
