I went there not really expecting to leave with a car. Boy was I wrong. I was greeted with smiles and care. Amanda Black sat me down and walked me through the whole process. Even while I was eagerly awaiting a reply from a bank about my loan status, Amanda informed me of all the benefits of being a Walser customer. Many of these perks I was not expecting. She really appeared to care for my needs before, during, and after my car purchase. Even when I went to get a carwash there, she greeted me with a smile and asked me if I was still loving my new Kia Soul. And I sure am. Thank you Walser Nissan. And especially thank you Amanda. I have had great service at Walser and I have had terrible service at Walser. My last experience was bad enough that I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them again no matter what location and I will NEV terrible service at Walser. I was having a consistent problem with the same part on my car and had been in many times for repair. I finally was told that they couldn't do anything else to the car and that I needed to call Nissan and make a formal complaint. I did that and then had to go back again to meet the service manager. Without even looking at my car, he started to rant that since I had not been in for my 30K checkup that Nissan had no reason to honor my warranty on the part. He also told me that they hadn't fixed anything the last few times I was in. I told him that I had all my paperwork showing that they had so if they hadn't then all of that was a lie. Also I pointed out that when I bought the car I was told that the checkups were never over $300. When I called to schedule mine it was over $400. I know that prices fluctuate, but that was a big difference. I said that there was no reason for me to pay that much when the brakes were part of the inspection and I had already been in multiple times for them to look at them. Any other part of the inspection would have NOTHING to do with the brakes so there was no reason to not honor my warranty. Plus your warranty covers you whether or not you go to the checkups. I told him that this experience was making or breaking the need to come back to Walser or get a Nissan again. He also accused me of lying about the brakes since I was close to the end of the warranty. This was stupid because I don't live close to the location and the first time I brought in the car for repair was around 12K miles which is pretty early and would be a lot of work on my end just to try to get new brakes. The fact that he was rude to me and tried to make me mad enough to leave and tried to slip me up with saying that the warranty wouldnt cover because I hadnt been in for the checkup made me so angry that I have not been back there since. I now bring my car for any checkups or anything to another location. I also had another bad experience when I was thinking about trading the car in. I was getting married and buying a house so we were looking into cutting our bills back. They were trying to sell me on such wrong information. My husband was there and knew enough about cars that when they said something that was incorrect he corrected them and then the dealer had to admit they were wrong or werent sure about the facts they were sharing. I don't know that much about cars, but I know enough about financing and they were trying to sell me a different vehicle that would cut my payments back etc, but when I started questioning the numbers then I found out they werent true. I will say that the service guy name Chad Obert was always friendly. He worked most of the time when I was there and checked me in often. If I were to ever go back to this location it would be because of him. More

They are flexible and accommodating to my needs. For example, recently a staff member brought my car around after it was finished as a courtesy since I am 7+ months pregnant, they expressed their concern that I not have to be out in the cold/ice if not necessary. I highly recommend this service department above all others. More

After an accident in June my wife had to buy a new car while I was out of town and John Tower at Walser Nissan helped her on site while patiently answering all my questions over the phone. When I was back in the US I was impressed with the purchase but noticed that the roof had a few dents that must have been the result of a hail storm some time ago. Of course I gave my wife a hard time buying a less than perfect vehicle. I was convinced the dealer would now no longer take responsibility but when she called John, there was absolutely no problem. He took the car in for repairs, gave us a rental car free of charge and we have been impressed with our Murano ever since. John followed up with us periodically and so last week I decided to replace my old car and buy from him again. It took all in all 5 days from when I called him to driving my new Altima of the lot. I am also impressed by their efficient service, by their friendliness and their business practices. I have no time to haggle for price, so I love that they state their best price first, how else following the purchase would I know that I truly got the best deal. More

I just want to thank John Tower for his personal touch and assistance to what could be considered a nuisance issue while I used the Dealership car wash. After I told John about the problem, he asked me to come un when convenient, so he could take care of me (a 3 consecutive time Nissan customer from Walser Nissan in Burnsville). He took his own personal time to correct the issue, and gave me the personal touch I needed. Thanks John! You are the best, and you display the true meaning of customer service! I purchased a Nissan Murano in 2004 and since then I have visited the service department on a regular basis for oil changes, 30,000 mile services and all mechanical issues. Every one of the gentlemen in the service department have always been efficient, friendly and have taken the time to explain any issues and concerns with my vehicle. Needless to say almost 209,000 miles later when my Murano was ready for a rest this last month there was no question where I would be purchasing my new vehicle from. Because of the great service, the sales department who were so willing to work with me, and of course the quality of the Nissan's I am now the proud owner of another Nissan. More

Got me into a rental (complimentary) and even helped me when I couldn't refill the gas according to company policy. I had 2 sick kids and just didn't have time! He understood everything in a glance and got my back in my vehicle in minutes. Best service I have ever had on the worst day I ever had! Made it a little better. What more could you ask for? More
