I traded my Nissan Altima in for a brand new Nissan Maxima a couple weeks ago and love my new car. As someone who's worked in retail for 15+ years, I was very impressed with the service provided by bot Maxima a couple weeks ago and love my new car. As someone who's worked in retail for 15+ years, I was very impressed with the service provided by both Colton Ray and Kurt Fratzke. It was refreshing when Colton and I went over the numbers and I realized that nothing had changed -the numbers were the same as when we originally talked. No bait and switch tactics or sneaking extras in without my consent. I arrived during the busiest time of the day but both Kurt and Colton worked very hard to get me on my way as quickly as possible and did a great job setting my expectations re the time it would take. Kurt was extremely thorough going over all of the details of my new car and even allowed me to use his computer to print out paperwork for a real estate contract I needed for a meeting with a client immediately after leaving the dealership. I left very happy with the service and the product and continue to be impressed with their follow up and over all concern for the quality of my experience. I look forward to working with them again in the future but intend to enjoy my cool new Maxima for a while first. I've already referred both Colton Ray and Kurt Fratzke to a friend and family member and strongly recommend both of them to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle. -Justin More

Went in looking for a lease on a new Xterra. Met with Tino, who worked up the numbers for us and took us out for a test drive. Tino was prompt in replying to our emails, and worked some magic on the numbers to make the Murano fit into our planned budget. They found us the car in the color that we wanted and with the features that we needed, even though they didn't have one on the lot when we test drove. We had the car within a week, and they even added seat warmers within that time frame. Would recommend working with these guys. More

Four years ago we walked into this dealership to buy a new Pathfinder and the service was so bad that we walked out and bought elsewhere, so when we drove up on Friday and recognized the lot we were a new Pathfinder and the service was so bad that we walked out and bought elsewhere, so when we drove up on Friday and recognized the lot we were a little worried and almost didn't bother to go in. OUr interest in the car was what really made us turn in. We told John our story and he was shocked - his service made up for the last time ten fold and we are very happy with our experience and our new car.
