My car has 5,000 miles on it. I have been getting shaking in the front end when it's cold. But after a mile or 2 the shaking stops. But I drove this morning (1 day later) and it seem to shake even worse then previously. I think I may take it to another Toyota service center just to make sure. The Walser staff are very friendly and seem to listen. More

Technician who checked me in was fabulous - straightforward about what needed to be done to assess or complete 3 tasks on my vehicle, efficient, respectful and soft spoken. Car was done before estimated time and I was able to work on my laptop in the waiting area- even better. The employee who helped me this visit was the best I've had at Walser yet- he has the perfect demeanor for the job. Thanks! More
