Heather was the nicest and the most patient sales lady anyone could have. We were sold a used dangerous death trap vehicle. When we called to get some help we were told it was as is. But was not told it had been wrecked or a salvaged title. It almost jerked us off the roa When we called to get some help we were told it was as is. But was not told it had been wrecked or a salvaged title. It almost jerked us off the road on the way home. We ask to change to another truck. Mark was very rude. I called Walt Massey in Lucedale I thought Bradley COO was going to help but did not. We bought a 4x4 truck, for $6800.00 and they offered a Dodge Dorango. We ask for our money back at first they said no but after 2 weeks of going back and forth they ended up only giving us $5500.00 we lost $1300.00 who has that kind of money to throw away, We work hard for our money. With that kind of bad business I don't know how these guys sleep at night. We certainly will not recommend any family or friends to shop there and we have bought other vehicles from the company in the past. We could have died in that truck I hope and pray that who ever they sell it to that it does not happen to them. More
