I recently left a review where I had an issue with this dealer. Since then, I got in contact with Matt in service and he rectified the problem and we settled the matter. My issue was a charge for and updat dealer. Since then, I got in contact with Matt in service and he rectified the problem and we settled the matter. My issue was a charge for and update and the tech not resetting my oil life percentage. Because of that I noticed my tires were all listed at 35 psi on my inspection sheet, while in reality they all read 65 psi. I brought this to Matt’s attention and he told me he would speak to the technicians and make sure that it doesn’t happen again going forward. He also was able to offer me some items as a way to make the situation right. I’m happy that the issue was fixed and have confidence that customers’ vehicles will be taken better care of. I would leave a 5 star review, but because of the issues with my inspection sheet not matching the actual information on my truck, I can’t. That is a safety issue and raises concerns about the accuracy of the rest of the inspection. In the future, I hope I can leave a 5 star review. More
