had to go back to the dealer and had to schedule another appointment because they didn't reset the sensors, can't explain why my car is burning oil, and neglected to admit that there is a major issue with t appointment because they didn't reset the sensors, can't explain why my car is burning oil, and neglected to admit that there is a major issue with the engine on the Sante Fe 2017 engine. Service Manager Jim is great, but driver safety needs to be addressed when the engine stops working on the expressway and not to mention I was told to claim the towing bill to my insurance company! Lots of lost communication. It’s hard to understand why coming to a dealer for a warranties item takes two visits to figure out that a part is broken and needs replacement. Also It’s hard to understand why coming to a dealer for a warranties item takes two visits to figure out that a part is broken and needs replacement. Also when explaining an issue and they try to sell you a $350 package to fix something that should be covered under a warranty. Not having the vehicle 10 months and being told to purchase more things to make the problems go away. Not a great way to conduct business or value you the customers business. This is a world or referrals and doing customers right. Not challenging them on issues or making them waste time and money to resolve them. More
