We are visiting from out of state and traveling in a rental car. We noticed a part of the undercarriage hanging down and took it into the Quick Lane to be checked out. The lady in the Quick Lane office was very welcoming and quickly had the technician bring the car into the service area. The technician was able to fix it ---- the part was missing a few screws --- and both said there was no charge. Great customer service!! I bought a newer ford F150 earlier this year..It had 11k miles. The sales team was great but not even after a month I noticed several problems with the truck.
