I got ahold of the Manufacture of the warrantied item, and they were embarrassed that the dealership wouldn't honor the warranty, so they sent me to a dealership that they trust, and apologized several times. This review wouldn't let me continue, unless I gave it one star. I would not give it any stars. I will never go back to this place, and I will never recommend them to any one. It all started last year, with a simple oil change, and just got worse. I will definitely spread the word to everyone, how bad this place is. More

Bought a car from them on Friday, fuel pump stopped working within 24 hours. Was told this car could be driven to Texas and back. Now they refuse to help because it's an as is car. I now have to return to have the repairs completed, a 1 hour drive to the dealer & a 1 hour drive back. I am concerned that other parts that are not visible may not have been replaced that should be. How can I be assured of a complete repair? Who supervises the repairs and assures that a thorough repair has been performed? When I showed the service manager, he agreed that the parts I pointed out had to be removed to perform other approved replacement of parts and did not know why they had not been replaced. More
