My Review of Wellesley Mazda:
After having bad experiences with local dealers and a bait and switch from a dealer outside of New England I emailed my lowest quote to Wellesley. They responded within an hour or so saying that they could meet the price (which was over $700 under invoice) and that they had the car I wanted coming in at the end of the week. I gave them a call and everything was quick and easy so I put down a downpayment. On Monday morning we received a call that the car was in early. Went to the dealership the next day and had probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Customer service was top notch. I was treated like I had paid sticker even though they were meeting my under-invoice offer. They welcomed my whole family and entertained the kids while my wife and I filled out paperwork. At no point during the paperwork process did they try any trickery or tack on any expensive offers. Everyone was friendly and pleasant and it was just great. As soon as I came home I sent them an email thanking them for the great service. I will absolutely be back. After being beaten up by so many other sleazy salesmen it was really refreshing to deal with people who actually seemed happy to sell me a car. Awesome.

My Review of Wellesley Mazda:
Ive been reasearching for a new car for months and avoided going from dealer to dealer. I went online to do this and they were very polite and called me right away. I set up an appointment to see the car myself and when I got to the dealership, the salesmen were very nice to me. They took me on a test drive and showed me a bunch of options i could get inside the Mazda 6 I wanted. I enjoyed every bit of this experience and i am sure buying my son his car here too!!!!

My Review of Wellesley Mazda:
After months of research and shopping 2 other dealers. I finally purchased my CX-9. My salesperson was great! He made me feel very comfortable and the whole car purchasing process very easy.I picked up my car the next day and Marc spent at least an hour explaining and showing me all the features and options. Kudos to him!!! I love my car and definitely spreading the word.

My Review of Wellesley Mazda:
I recently purchased a Mazda 3 from Wellesley Mazda and I love it! Their dealership was so friendly and after a small amount of negotiating I received what I feel was a fair price on the Mazda 3. Darren was a pleasure to work with and when he told me about their owner loyalty program I was SOLD!!! What a great place to buy a car and I will be recommending everyone. Thank you guys!!!

My Review of Wellesley Mazda:
I had a decent experience getting my car serviced (typical maintenance plus investigation for some faulty parts). The mechanic was very professional and courteous, and called me a few times to detail what he was doing and how they were progressing. The service was completed within the day and I picked up my car with no hassle in the evening.

I realize this is not description of my experience is not outstanding/unusual in any way, but I'm adding this because some of the other Mazda dealerships around Boston have gotten pretty bad service reviews so I wanted folks to know that Wellesley Mazda was a reasonable option.

My Review of Wellesley Mazda:
I talked on the phone to this dealership. I knew what car I wanted and they quoted me a price but when I went down there they wouldn't honor the price! They had me sit there while they got the OK from the manager. But that never happened, Gregg Flower(not sure spelling)started to give me a line of bologna and when I stood to get up to leave he said"You're lucky I'm letting you leave here because another dealership wouldn't!" I was shocked at their agression! I went out to the parking lot and they boxed my car in so I couldn't get out! The saleman followed me and continued to harass me! We notified corporate headquarters but they didn't seem to care. I would never go here. I told a friend about my experience and she told me they took her father in laws car keys while he test drove a car and then wouldn't give them back until he threatened to call the police! buying

My Review of Wellesley Mazda:
I wanted to buy an 07 3 hatch. I did this through the internet and they called me 2 days later. They had very good service and they were very upfront and honest. Unfortunately, I did not buy the car from them because I felt low balled on my trade and they did not want to meet me on price. I ended up getting my car at Liberty Mazda (horrible dealership) because they gave me a lower price and a better value on my trade. While I did get a better value for my money at Liberty, I still wish I tried to negotiate the trade a little more at Wellesley. They are, by far, a much better dealership than Liberty (they have tried to scam me by charging for warrenty service). For the extra price of Wellesley, I think they are worth it.

My Review of Wellesley Mazda:
Researched the cars on the internet and knew where all the models and color were in MA. Through work had s-plan pricing and was setup with a certificate to use a Wellesley Mazda. They didn’t have the color that my girlfriend wanted. They offered us money off invoice pricing for a different color she also liked. They guy was honest that we could get our s-plan at any dealer and we left. After driving up to 128 Mazda realized we liked the color at Wellesley better so we were back there the next day.

First we got the car for about $580 off of invoice on a Mazda 3 5-door touring. So for price we could not complain a bit.
We started with s-plan pricing and negotiated down from there, it was not a fight to get it. I have to give credit where credit is due. This dealer’s show room is not pretty. They don't have coffee and donuts waiting for you. But the sales experience was pretty good.
Our sales person that we started with was Greg. He was upfront and honest. The second day we were there the sales manager dealt with us because Greg was not there. We got the dealer holdback 385 and an additional 195 for a sales fee they charge at the end taken off the s-plan price (s-plan and invoice are the same) of the car.
When picking up the car we had a little wait and Greg ran down the street to D & D to get us a coke and hot chocolate.
So for a sales experience I recommend.
Will re-evaluate once we have service performed.
Their shop and service area are old and need to be updated.
Service area is not very clean, but we’ll give them a shot.
