For decades I've purchased my vehicles new and have taken them to dealers for all service, including routine oil changes/inspections. The closest Nissan dealers with service are in Coeur d'Alene and in Spokane. I work, so it's best if I can have routine oil changes/service done on a Saturday. It wasn't exactly convenient to have to drive 90 miles to get any work done, but that was my choice and commitment to get vehicle work completed by a dealer and have continuity of repair and service records. I started using the CDA dealer (Coeur d' Alene Nissan), and after three visits I said never again. The reason? It consistently took them THREE HOURS to perform routine service on what was virtually a brand-new vehicle. I could understand a one-time aberration, but it seems that is standard operating procedure. I'd already invested a three-hour round-trip from Pullman to get the car maintained, but six-plus hours was too much. Oh, and on one of those return trips from the CDA service I discovered the washer fluid was dry. If they did not check the washer fluid, what other more critical things did they overlook in their self-promoted "exceptional" vehicle service? On to Spokane and Wendell Nissan. These guys were more in line with getting service done in a timely manner (about an hour). On my third visit to have routine service just a few weeks ago, I was informed the car was in great shape but needed brake fluid replacement and that an axle seal was leaking and needed to be replaced. The axle seal was covered by the vehicle powertrain warranty, but I would have to bring the car back (again, 90 miles one-way) to Spokane to have it done on a weekday (take a vacation day off from work). I said okay, let's get both things done, I will take a day off and have the work completed. I arrived at Wendell to drop the car on the morning of the appointment, made arrangements to make the most of my day in Spokane (using Uber to get around), and get a message mid-morning from Wendell telling me they can't complete the warranty work. Why? THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE NECESSARY PARTS. xxx. I just invested a day off, the 180 mile round trip and some thumb-twiddling downtime BECAUSE YOU PEOPLE DIDN'T KNOW AHEAD OF TIME WHAT WAS NEEDED TO PERFORM THE JOB? Now I'm facing taking yet ANOTHER DAY OF TIME OFF, another 180-mile round trip just because you people screwed up. They service guy, Josh, tried to soften the blow by reducing the costs of the other work done, but it was a token gesture. He said he would contact me to reschedule once the necessary parts came in. Have I heard from him since, even after calling to ask about the status (he was "busy with another customer" when I called)? NO. Nothing. Zero, zip, zilch. Like CDA Nissan, Wendle Nissan service SUCKS. Never again. And I plan to get rid of this Pathfinder and NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH NISSAN AGAIN, PERIOD. I'm done. More
I was driving a Ford Focus sedan for years, but as my family grew, it quickly became apparent that it was time to finally get a reliable family car. I had the pleasure of working with Teriana, who specia family grew, it quickly became apparent that it was time to finally get a reliable family car. I had the pleasure of working with Teriana, who specializes in finding family vehicles! She worked hard to not only find me a great truck, but ensured I was introduced to their service team, and got to know the full benefits of Wendle as a Full Service Dealership!! Everyone I got to interact with was eager to help, friendly, and genuinely excited to be there. That’s certainly not the case at every dealership I’ve worked with before, so I know where I’ll be going for ALL of my future vehicle needs - thanks a bunch Teri, The Spokane Car Mom, my F150 Lightning is incredible! Worst buying experience every from financing through the whole process I feel that this was the worst experience purchasing, everyone was very rude disrespectful, arrogant, self-centered employees and didn’ whole process I feel that this was the worst experience purchasing, everyone was very rude disrespectful, arrogant, self-centered employees and didn’t care about the customer experience, I left message text Igor and never received any return message I hear on the tv commercials, so I figured to stop by. After all this by the way I was treated I will never be going to this Wendel or and other Wendel for anything not even service. Again, this was the worst experience I have ever had even by the sales manager with his sarcastic aptitude on his message. believe me I took off everything off the car that represent the Wendle logo. If this doesn’t get attention towards the employees at Nissan and ford. While purchasing my Nissan rouge from Wendel Nissen. I was to sale my Subaru to CarMax, car max decided not to pay off my Subaru, I went back to speak with Igor and explained what had happen he suggested to talk with sales manager and finance manager.
