Daughter bought me a detailing for Christmas a year ago and have tried to make several appointments but they are always to busy or have no help then promise to call be when have an opening. Worst customer experience ever. Sales guy was good the rest of the team was terrible. Finance guy was horrible. Made multiple mistakes and sent us the documents to our phones to electronically sign. Didn’t even go over them with us. We pointed out the errors and we were told he might have to send us other documents later if the financing company catches it. We were told to sign the leasing documents because he accidentally hit that button as well (purchased a new vehicle not leasing). Then we received a phone call a few days later after taking possession of the vehicle from a financial company wanting to know if we were going to purchase the vehicle. No one did any post sale walk around and explaining of the options if we had any questions. In fact, they pushed the Onstar button and walked away and no one ever came back outside. Extremely disappointed in the dealership. More
Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and voiced a concern about a ticking sound that had just started.
