The dealer did not have the make/model I wanted, but said they found one at another dealer and could get it in a day or two. We cut a deal, I made an a down payment on a the cash sale. Several days went by a they found one at another dealer and could get it in a day or two. We cut a deal, I made an a down payment on a the cash sale. Several days went by and they did not call. I called and they said the vehicle was no longer available an the were working on finding a replacement and it would take another day or so. I was not pleased things were going sideways, but said okay. After the call I got out the paperwork for the original vehicle which had the VIN number on and was able to find that vehicle at the other dealer they were going to get it from. I called the other dealer and asked about it, they knew nothing about sending to the dealer I made a deal with (however, I realize not everyone knows everything) and said it was still on the lot. Anyway, I called the original dealer and was not given a reasonably satisfactory answer and/or resolution to the mess so I canceled the order, check and went to the other dealer and purchased the vehicle. I felt the original dealership was dishonest (or at least not forthright about the issues) about the deal. The second dealership also had it’s own issues as well, but that would be another review and not appropriate to cover here. In the end, both experiences are what I feel, unfortunately, is a typical dealership experience. More

I have now got my past two vehicles and my current vehicle from West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I had the same salesperson for my first two purchases and was looking forward to working with him again, vehicle from West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I had the same salesperson for my first two purchases and was looking forward to working with him again, but I soon found out that he has moved into the finance department and I was paired with Arianna. She was amazing! She was able to get me in for a test drive in the exact vehicle I had been eyeing from their website and she was very personable and easy to relax around and just be myself, even when I wanted to push all the buttons! She was knowledgeable and very informative, she did NOT try to push me into another vehicle I wasn't interested in. Once I decided I loved the vehicle I test drove she worked with me and helped get me in with finance. The entire experience was great! I've already proven I will keep coming back to West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge and that won't change because they have a great team!
