The first thing that impressed me about West Hills Kia was how easy it was for me to make an appointment to have my car serviced. My call was answered and I had my appointment booked in a matter of minut was how easy it was for me to make an appointment to have my car serviced. When I tried to make an appointment with the dealership where I purchased the car, I was transferred to the service department and listened to the phone ringing for at least 10 minutes with no answer. I'll call West Hills Kia first, next time. When I brought my car in, I was greeted immediately by a service advisor who checked me in and let me know that their EV specialist, Alex, would be working with me. Alex called me at home and we discussed the results of the multi-point inspection. Everything looked good other than a little uneven wear on the tires. When I picked up my car, Alex showed me how I could take advantage of the one pedal driving capability on my EV6 to extend the life of my brakes. More
Alex from West Hills Kia in Bremerton always takes the best care of me when I have my EV6 serviced. He meets me in the service entrance and takes down my requests.
