They know their stuff I was shopping for a new car for 2 months in anticipation of my lease expiring. I live in the Marina so much of my shopping experience was West side/South Bay Area. It was pure dumb luck that I stumbled across West valley Chrysler/Jeep, in particular Nikki Maki. Nikki handled my internet request and reached out to me in a " no pressure " approach with an unbelievable number $$ on a Grand Cherokee that I initially thought had to be a sales trick to get me to the dealership. I took a chance and drove the 40 miles to Canoga Park and it was the best decision I could have made. Nikki made good on everything she promised and the rest of the team there from the Co-owner walking the floor to the finance guy who walks you through the the paperwork were all top notch folks that made the entire process 180 degrees different from the stereotypical experience. I took the price I got from Nikki to 3 other dealers in my area and they couldn't come close to monthly payments, in one instance almost $80. Month difference Seriously, do yourself a huge favor and try this place specifically Nikki before you buy a Jeep. The salespeople here aren't high school kids thrown on the lot after reading a Chrysler pamphlet.... they know their stuff !!! Nikki you're awesome !!! thanks so much for your honesty and assistance.
