I throughly enjoyed buying my car at Westborn and working with Matt.I felt as if he tried his hardest to get me the awesome deal that I recieved on my new 200. I came into the dealership very weary because I with Matt.I felt as if he tried his hardest to get me the awesome deal that I recieved on my new 200. I came into the dealership very weary because I had been to other dealerships and was treated badly and with alot of disrespect. Matt, made it very clear to me that he would try his best to get me the best deal and he did! He also spent time with me on the phone and told me exactly what to price to expect before I took the time to drive to the dealership. I love my new 200. Thanks again Westborn!! More

I met my daughter at this dealership on Friday to pick up her new/used car. Upon leaving the dealership my daughter went to leave in the car and noticed that the gas light was on. She stated that the gas lig her new/used car. Upon leaving the dealership my daughter went to leave in the car and noticed that the gas light was on. She stated that the gas light was on during her test driving the vehicle, but didn't think much of it at the time. At that time I went to inquire with the salesman and he stated to me that Chrysler did not put gasoline in any of it's cars whether new or used. I asked him seeing as though you stated to me that you were a five-star dealer why wouldn't you at least put five dollars in the tank to make sure that she would make it to the station, his response to me, well she has 5 gallons. Well he did not know how many gallons were in the car. At that time I was through with him. He in turn went to my daughter and gave her five dollars to put in the tank and then made these comments to her, "why is she here anyway asking questions, the only thing she should have been doing is observing, and ending his statements with, "she is mean". I called his boss and had the strangest conversation which went something like this..."mam you did not buy a car here, so why are you inquiring?" I asked him wasn't he concerned whether or not he was concerned about customers making it to the gas station and he stated "Chrysler does not reimburse us for gas so this is the reason for my review, If the owner/mgr is not concerned whether or not customers make it to the gas station, why would his employees. You spend thousands of dollars purchasing a car and this dealership does not have to decency to give you gas in the car. My oh My...buyers beware...If you are considering purchasing from this dealership I would strongly suggest to you please do not unless you don't mind running out of gas in your brand new car and placing your life in jeopardy trying to not be stopped in the middle of that busy intersection of Michigan and Outer Drive. P.S. They say they are a family owned dealership, so I see why complaints and concerns do not concern them, they think they have no one to answer to. More
This dealer is all about collecting fees, fees for routine operations like diagnostic work. If you have a factory warranty they charge this fee anyway!!! total profit!! If you have purchased they extended factory warranty with a $100 deductable they charge this fee on top of your deductable. I called a chrysler warranty rep , they said they would look into it? That chrysler did not accept this practice!! If you use this dealer for service, tell them you know of this practise and won't pay!! AVOID THIS DEALER!! More
