In mid March 2022, I brought my wife's 2015 Camry for an oil change. When the service rep came out, she went through the work done, she then said we needed 4 new tires and a complete exhaust system replacem oil change. When the service rep came out, she went through the work done, she then said we needed 4 new tires and a complete exhaust system replacement to the total tune of about $3000. Now the car has only 33000 miles on it. I made an appointment to have the work done the following week. In the meantime, I took it to reputable local garage for a second opinion. He looked at the tires and said we only needed 2 on the front. We left the car with him so he could examine the underside. Several hours later he called to tell us that there was nothing wrong with the exhaust system. But there was still an issue with a noise beneath the car. Again we left it with him. A call the next morning revealed the source of said noise was a loose motor mount, which he tightened at no cost. So, an estimated costly repair of $3000 cost us only $550 for 2 new tires. So, in the event that they tell you that costly repairs are necessary, get another opinion. Dealerships are slow now,due to a lack of inventory. Recommending unnecessary repairs is a way for them to make up some of their losses. More
Everyone is very friendly and helpful, if the person you are asking doesn't know they seek out a person who does. They go above and beyond every time. are asking doesn't know they seek out a person who does. They go above and beyond every time. More
I cannot be more disappointed by the way the service department treated me and did very little to listen and resolve my situation. Purchased a new 2020 Tacoma, the Tonneau cover broke while closing it. department treated me and did very little to listen and resolve my situation. Purchased a new 2020 Tacoma, the Tonneau cover broke while closing it. This type of issue had not been seen before, as such, the service manager David Gundersen was dead set on not covering this under the warranty right from the beginning. His "opinion" on what could have caused it directly contradicted everything I told him. They offered to pay for half of it, accepting some liability. This tells me two things, either they do not honor warranties or will do everything in their power not to. I came in the dealership 3 separate times (one of which was a planned time and David failed to show up to assist while I had my 3 children with me). I strongly suggest you work with another dealership that values your business, has your best interest in mind and ultimately covers what is under warranty on a brand new vehicle. If a Tonneau cover was a problem to get approved, good luck with a more expansive issue. David Gundersen the service manager at Toyota Westbrook is not someone you want to trust in to have your best interests in mind. Avoid this dealership. More

The dealership is clean and efficient. I own a 2020 RAV4 on lease that I want to trade in for a Tacoma SR5. I have not heard back from Westbrook to review my lease and get pricing to fit my budget.
