Every customer experience is important to us and we will always do what we can to resolve any outstanding issues. Toyota corp. has stated that it is not a manufactured or material defect. We were able to get Toyota to cover 50% of the repair as a goodwill offer. At this time the parts are in stock and ready to be installed. Please call us to make an appointment.
