From setting up my appointment to picking up my car, everyone that I talked to was very supportive. When I dropped off my car, Lisa Chea was very knowledgeable on how my car would be worked on and defi everyone that I talked to was very supportive. I called up Westbury CJD based on a recommendation. They asked me what my current deal was, and they offered to do the same - no haggling, just “yes, we’ll help you”. This was a high demand vehicle that most dealers were charging MSRP for, and here was a dealership willing to make a new customer happy due to the extenuating circumstances. They may have not made as much money on the car as they could have, but they did earn my future business and business from my recommendations. I have also used Westbury Jeep for servicing my vehicles and the same quality, and respect is there as well. The car is ready when they say it will be and never have I had to bring it back for the same thing. It's fixed correctly the first time every time. The prices they charge always seem fair and I've often been pleasantly surprised to have a coupon offered to me for an oil change.
