After waiting all day I picked up the car only to find out the service was incomplete and the inspection was not done. Upon bring the car back to finish the work the service adviser implied I never requested the inspection and then got very aggressive with me. He tried to intimidate me and refused to have the inspection done. After wasting all day I had to bring the car elsewhere. I would advise to use a different service center. They are not to be trusted. More

He promised to email me the value and never did. Nor did he call me or return my email! I did get 2 pieces of snail mail from him telling me how much he wanted my business though. :) Then when I complained I got a voice message from him and learned he did call and leave me a message but he left it on the wrong number. Duh. And he whined the whole message with excuses of why he couldn't serve me well. But he never emailed me back and never did get that trade in value! Definitely would have gone to another dealer but they had the car I wanted. I complained and they set me up with a new salesperson; Boli. He was great! Not only was he pleasant and professional and took care of all my questions & concerns but he stayed over 2 1/2 hours late to finish my paperwork for me as I wanted to complete the transaction that day. They are a volume dealer so expect to wait a long time for the processing of the paperwork as they might have 10 other buyers at the time you are completing your deal. Without Boli, I think I would have left and bought a car elsewhere. More
