Tony is great to work with because he is very low pressure. Not only will he help you find the best vehicle for your particular needs, he will also make sure it is a vehicle you are comfortable and h pressure. Not only will he help you find the best vehicle for your particular needs, he will also make sure it is a vehicle you are comfortable and happy with for years to come. I have bought 3 different vehicles from Tony and would be comfortable recommending him to my very closest friends and family. More
Visited dealer last weekend since they guarantee 100% credit approval and I know I don't have the bext credit. Had to leave that day since most lenders were closed for the day and they would contact me. credit approval and I know I don't have the bext credit. Had to leave that day since most lenders were closed for the day and they would contact me. Received a call on my way home I had been approved by one lender but to wait until Monday to see I received better offers. Got a call from the dealership on Monday stating they did get me approved but when I asked for the terms, was told the loan manager would have to call me back. When I received the call, was told I was approved for 10 - 12K but he wouldn't give me an exact interest rate but finally was told 15 - 20%. Really? I can understand a higher interest rate but not an exact amount? Maybe it depends on amount financed and the down payment but regardless, seemed odd to me. Started looking over the inventory over the last couple of days and found a decent car for around $7,000. Called and asked about a test drive of the vehicle and was told it was on the lot because there was another party interested but they hadn't shown up yet and it was first come, first serve. I got there an half hour later, had to sit and wait for about 15 minutes because the salesperson needed to talk to the loan manager. Why? Finally I said I just want to see the car, was told it was sold an hour ago. Hmmm, it was now 4:45 so when I called, it was sold? Loan manager then told me I was on a specific program where I had to purchase a car with less that 45,000 miles on it of which I was not told on the phone previously. I don't want to spend that much money, want resaonable payments! Seems to me, if you can make a decent payment and they can charge you a huge interest rate, they are going to BAIT AND SWITCH you on cars. I am very disappointed with this whole experience and will never step foot in that establishment again. More
We just bought a 95'Olds Cutluss Supreme "as is". It was supposed to have gone through a saftey inspection and an oil change. After a couple of days I checked the oil,it was old. So I called Ju is". It was supposed to have gone through a saftey inspection and an oil change. After a couple of days I checked the oil,it was old. So I called Justin about it and he sent me a coupon for a free oil change. I took it a week later for the oil change and they discover that both front lower ball joints are bad. Needless to say I was not happy. I verified with indepentant mechanic that ball joints don't go out all at once, and that should have been caught during the " saftey inspestion". The service deptartment rep talked to the Robby the sales manager. At first he was going to pay for the firt $250 of a $600 repair. However, I talked to Robby myself, I told him the problem I had was the car went through an inspection but this wasn't caught, now 2 weeks later getting an oil change at the same garage they find the joints going out? I said some one isn't telling the truth. I didn't think it was him, but the service department that does the inspection. He agreed and he said had that come up he would have had it repaired. He went to look for the inspection report in the file and couldn't find it. He asked of he could do some checking and called me back a few minutes later. He agreed to take care of the whole thing AND He is giving me a loaner to drive til it is repaired. This is not the typical used car dealer. I strongly recommend Westdale Used Car Super store. They have gone out of the way to make it right for an "as is" 95 Olds. When I'm ready to replace this car I will be heading back to Westdale Used Car Superstore. But I will ask for proof of work from Mike Mcgrath service department. More
The thing I like the most about the staff here is the respect they have shown my wife and I during both of our deals with them. It feels good to walk into a dealership knowing that the employees will tre respect they have shown my wife and I during both of our deals with them. It feels good to walk into a dealership knowing that the employees will treat you like a human even without a 800 credit score. It has been a long road back, trying to re-establish our credit. The low down payments, top trade-in values, quality and reliability of the vehicles, and the way the staff explores every option to find the best deal available has made lifelong customers out of us. We just needed a dealer to give us a chance. Westdale gives people that chance to prove themselves again when other car lots could care less. More

The staff was extremely helpful and provided a low-pressure buying experience, which I greatly appreciated. Although the vehicle I purchased was one of the lower-priced cars on the lot, I felt th low-pressure buying experience, which I greatly appreciated. Although the vehicle I purchased was one of the lower-priced cars on the lot, I felt that I was treated with the same respect and interest by the sales and finance team as if I were purchasing the most expensive one. Overall, it was an enjoyable event and I would recommend Westdale Used Car Superstore to friends and family who are in the market for an affordable, reliable, good-looking car or truck. More

Bought a 1998 Dodge Durango at Westdale Used Car Center a few weeks ago... They wont give you the upfront price unless you go in and deal with all the BS and sales tactics. Also dont drive off the lot unles few weeks ago... They wont give you the upfront price unless you go in and deal with all the BS and sales tactics. Also dont drive off the lot unless they have you approved in your new vehicle as it took them almost a week going through multiple lenders which overall will affect your credit score just to secure a deal. No matter how bad you want the car its not worth the hassle of waiting for financing. I am now starting to receive denial letters from all the lenders they tried to go through even though i didnt agree to any more than the one they originally had on the purchase agreement. They added all the GAP insurance and all that stuff even though they knew it would increase the amount financed and wonder why no one will approve it when its over the value of the car. And i had a sizeable down payment and a trade in( a 1996 Taurus with only 84,000 miles) and they still had trouble financing it with a 640 credit score. Only $2700 was financed and they couldnt get a deal done until i demanded my trade in back. They dropped the price of the Durango only by removing the GAP insurance and other things but claimed they had dropped the price of the vehicle which they should have done in the first place to make the deal better for lenders. I would say stay away from any Mcgrath Dealership unless you have absolutely perfect credit!! Otherwise they will make it even worse if you have nominal credit. Now i do admit they wrote me a check for $400 to cover an A/C repair but who knows what the problem might be there....Anything to get you to sign. From now on i'm paying for my cars in cash..its the only way to ensure a good deal!! More
Typical shady tactics used with them to sell the car. Pushy sales, won't let you leave. We actually ended up buying the car, but since we mistakenly didn't read every last little bit of fine print, th Pushy sales, won't let you leave. We actually ended up buying the car, but since we mistakenly didn't read every last little bit of fine print, they inflated the interest to a ridiculous amount, and even sold the car at a higher price than they said they would, which made us go upside-down on the car and are now in a sticky situation. Naturally, they don't care. They also said they'd fix the headrest which was coming apart on the passenger side, and never did, saying that wasn't part of the agreement (it was.) They were friendly, but in the fake used car dealer "I'm your best friend because you're going to buy a car from me" type of friendly. We were taken by this shady dealership, it will never happen again, and I strongly recommend AGAINST them or any of them McGrath dealers they're associated with. More
