Helllo,unfortunately the damage your car service department is done!it has been resolved!due to the facts that they were very deceptive in the beginning!telling people that something is wrong with your car and lying about the diagnosis when i got another nissan car dealership too look at the problem!and your car service department cost$340 just to give me another estimate for $1700!how in the world are you expecting to keep any customers(nissan) when you're just trying to take people's money for nothing!So Thank's for Nothing!

The service department does charges $150 for one hour of diagnosis on all vehicles. If there are multiple issues with the vehicles it will take more time to diagnose so there will be additional diagnostic fees. Depending on the severity and difficulty of diagnosing the issues with any vehicle more time may be required but it is always communicated with the owner before anything is done.

Ok,i understand the charges for $150!but the facts i was charged $340!just too mis diagnosis the problem that i was having and i had too take it too another nissan dealership where i purchased it too find out you're car service department just lied and didn't do anything for that amount of money!can you explain that mis-diagnosis of my car!and why charge so much for nothing!
