After being treated like I was an inconvenience there on Friday, you won’t see me step foot in there again. I bought VW Care when I bought my Passat, which included three additional services. Now they’re telling me they won’t do my last service that I already paid for because it supposedly expired back in November. I was never presented terms and conditions for VW Care when I bought the car. I drove 2.5 hours to continue to get my car serviced here because I always had good service here until this. However, that good service was under previous management. The GM tried offering to cover half, which still would’ve cost me $345. What a slap in the face because I already paid for it when I first bought the car. I’m not paying for it again. My family bought six new cars from there from 2014-2017, but we won’t buy another, which is too bad because my fiancée and I were going to be in the market for an SUV soon and were seriously considering an Atlas. Tim White really screwed up getting rid of Jamie Hanlon and Ryan Caldwell. More
