This situation was also quite complicated in that the car was purchased for family members in another state. Mary Beddar and the others at the dealership worked hard to make sure the Buick was fixed properly and did so in a timely fashion and at considerable expense on their part. Unfortunately after buying my new to me used outlander I needed to visit the service center twice within a two/three week time frame - once because my sales agent said the parts I needed would be in however needed to visit the service center twice within a two/three week time frame - once because my sales agent said the parts I needed would be in however she didn't check with parts so when I arrived they didn't have the parts needed, and twice to get the part and have my plates put on my car (which took 35 min. to put on plates and program the wireless headphones for the DVD player?!) - this was after asking for my license plates to be mailed to my house - I live 30 mi. away from dealership so felt very put out by both trips, these things should have been done before I drove the car off the lot or mailed to my house like they said they would. Upon entering the service center both times no one greeted me, I instead had to find my way around. Communication with my sales agent was almost nothing after I signed the papers, and the communication that I did have was never followed through in a timely manner or even accurate - there was no relationship built and I would not recommend this dealership. I returned to my Old Saturn Dealer (my wife and I have owned 5 Saturns)because the people that I dealt with there were ALWAYS friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable and serviced my vehicles with a professionalism seldom seen in the auto sales industry, in my opinion. I purchased my new Mitsubishi Outlander from Mary Beddar because of the service she rendered in helping me understand the Mitsubishi line I was interested in. She bent over backwards to answer all of my questions clearly and when it came to financing it was done quickly and with precision. I understood all of the issues at hand and did not feel alot of pressure to purchase something I didn't want or need. My experience at White Bear Lake Mitsubishi was excellent and satisfying.
