My Review of White Plains Honda:
Thw worst new car purchase experience I ever had!!!
1. Over charge sales tax and waited a week and three trips back to dealer for refund
2. over charge of $50 with CARS trade in scrap value after deal was done, wanted to withhold NAVI DVD unless I paid up
3. Still waiting for CT registration and plates one week after temp expired, so now I can't even use the car
WHO IS RUNNING THE SHOW THERE?????

Love the HONDA FIT.......the dealer sucks

The best dealership experience I have ever had. I would recommend White Plains Honda to everone. Lisa in sales was pleasant and informative and did not apply any sales pressure. Gus in finance was professional, explained several lease options to me and did not try to push any "add-ons" as is the practice in most dealerships.

My Review of White Plains Honda:
My salesperson was Steve, he was fantastic.

I visited two other Westchester Honda dealerships with my checkbook in my hand, ready to buy, before coming to White Plains Honda and both times I walked away. The difference between White Plains Honda and some of their local competitors is like the difference between a premier steakhouse and a McDonald's.

I came in knowing the car I wanted to buy, after doing a LOT of research about pricing and features. Steve was honest, knowledgeable, and got me the exact car I wanted at a very FAIR price, without any of the haggling, pressure, or dishonest "sit here and wait while I go pretend to talk to my boss" games that others play.

If you want an honest, hassle free buying experience, go to White Plains Honda. If you want to fight for every nickle of price and be lied to, right to your face, go elsewhere.

My Review of White Plains Honda:
While looking to lease a Honda FIT sport, I found an Internet deal on the White Plains Honda website and contacted Walter Trusdell to get more information. Walter was quick to reply and continued to stay in contact with me on a regular basis in order to help me find the best deal possible.

I was shopping at other dealers and found some good deals, but Walter was able to find me the BEST deal – a deal that “fit” my needs and budget – and there was no “bait and switch.” Walter delivered exactly what he promised.

Although Walter was not available to meet with me on the day I came to fill out paper work and pick up the FIT, he asked Jordan Rabadi to assist me that day. Jordan contacted me prior to my trip to the dealership and helped me get the “wheels in motion” to complete the deal.

In addition, both Walter and Jordan were courteous, informative, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process.

When I arrived at the dealership in White Plains, I was pleased to see how neat and clean and comfortable the showroom was. (I’d been to several dealers who could use some interior decorating – or at the very least, a coat of paint and a vacuum!)

Upon arrival, Jordan immediately introduced himself and greeted me with a warm smile and a firm handshake. He even asked if I’d like some coffee – which I did. At that moment, I knew that White Plains Honda is where I should have gone from the get-go. I most certainly will next time, and I’ll highly recommend it - and Walter and Jordan - to everyone I know.

My Review of White Plains Honda:
Everyone at white Plains Honda were very welcoming. I could not believe the amount of time alloted to me during the sales and especially during the pick up of my new car. Donna Lozinsky (sales person) also offered to review instructions days after I picked up my car. She told me to stop by at any time and she would help out with any problems I might be having with my car. I would highly recommend this dealership.
The only negative I have found is with the difficulty in using the Navigation and Blutooth System. I do not do too well with new technology. I really am not using this system much and I am now sorry I decided on a car with this system. When my lease is up in 3 years I will probably not look for another car with the Navigation and Bluetooth system.
I love everything else about my new Honda Accord. Many people have commented on how beautiful it is and it drives GREAT !!!

My Review of White Plains Honda:
This is the first time I have ever bought a car the same day I walked into that dealership. From the first moment there, the staff was attentive without ever being over-bearing, leaving me alone when I wanted to browse yet being accessible and available when I had questions.

Lisa Fabro, my sales consultant, was charming, friendly and knowlegable as well as straightforward and completely attentive. Her manager, Paul, was also the same.

The price of the vehicle purchased was more than fair and the quality of workmanship with extras installed was excellent. The delivery was prompt
I would recommend White Plains Honda to anyone interested in a Honda, and further, would recommend that they ask for Lisa as their sales consultant.

My overall experience with White Plains Honda was very good. My slaesman was Jordan. He is extremly professional, frendly and very knowledgable. After my first visit I new that if I were to buy a Honda, it was going to be from Jordan.

It's only been one week but I'm very happy with my new car.

My Review of White Plains Honda:
I simply do not get those positive reviews. Are those real???

This dealship is scumbag. Period!

They will give your 'good price', but wait till they show you everything -- PDI charge, prep fee, commission, ... 6 or 8 items adding upto $1500-2000, and then they tried to work with you to lower them...

Check one previous post on the dealer prep fee of $1000. I believe that's true from my experience.

Waste of time.
