I bought a Dealer General Warranty from Sarasota Jaguar and the finance department salesman said this warranty can be cancelled and a refund in full if you dont want it in the first 30 days. The second line says it all on page 6 under Cancellation by Owner in the DGW Bundle documents. I purchased the warranty for $2,204.00 and received a check for $1,833.28. When i went to school those numbers do not match. Contacting these people is like trying to speak to the president. The contract was bought on 4/09/2024 and cancelled on 4/22/2024. That was the filing date I was asking to cancel it since the 13th of April. But i could not talk to anyone to get it done. I thought if I dealt with a high end dealership company I would be treated better than if I went to Dodge. The service is the same as far as I can see. Beware of the slick tongues More

My service advisor was great, why this Jaguar dealer never has loaners available is ridiculous. I could see not having loaners for used car sales service but for new cars? We were sent to the dealer by our insurance carrier. Farmers Insurance I think they have some sort of agreement with True car. Anyway, Tega showed us the vehicles that we were trying to replace. Both had damage and were not what we were looking for. One was newer and liked it very much. On the lot we had been told the asking price. Once we sat down the price increased by $4,000.00 dollars. It would have been more honest to tell us that up front. There was no negotiation. it the price is the price. Again, would have been nice to have known that up front. We did end up buying the vehicle. Our Salesperson Tega did a great job help us purchase the vehicle and showing how it all works. More
